Refund Policy:
Customer may receive a refund for any products purchased and paid for so long as it is within the Free Trial Period (if applicable), and within the guidelines of our Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee. Customer will receive a full refund of amount paid for product, less shipping and handling, which is non-refundable. Customer must return product to FBK prior to receiving refund, and Customer account must be in good standing. In all cases, product must be returned, shipping costs paid, and account must be in good standing in order for any refunds to be considered.

Customer has 30 days to either return product, or pay for product in full. Customer may be required to pay shipping costs up front, prior to shipping. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.
